Recipe: Orange and Cream Drops (using Tang and white chocolate chips)

"Cookies that taste just like the orange ice cream treat on a stick!"
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sweetened orange-flavored breakfast drink mix (like Tang)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Land 0 Lakes Butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup (6 ounces) Nestle Toll House Premier White Morsels
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine flour, drink mix, baking powder and baking soda in small bowl; set aside.
Combine sugar and butter in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (2 to 3 minutes). Add egg and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed (1 minute). Reduce speed to low; add flour mixture. Beat until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Stir in morsels by hand.
Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies
