ISO: Help with a Vietnamise fish dish please!

Can anyone please post a recipe for Cha Ca. This is a fish dish traditionally served in Hanoi, Vietnam. A white fish is cut into bite size pieces and cooked in an oily source at the table above a charcoal burner. Fresh coriander, dill etc are added to the brew and then served on rice noodles. I've eaten it, but would like to reproduce it.
