ISO: Herman recipe

I'm looking for the original "Herman" starter recipe. I would like to have the recipe for sarting a " Herman" and recipes for baking with the Herman.
I always enjoyed receiving it, and now I would like to start the tradition
of giving it again. Thanks a bunch. Karin Muserallo
