ISO: High-domed, sugared pie crust
Misc.Can anyone tell me how to make those beautiful, high-domed fruit pies with the sugary pie crust? I used to have apple and blueberry pie at Chelo's restaurant in RI in the 60s, but can't find a recipe for the crust. Thanks!
