ISO: Hot Smoked salmon recipe

Misc.
Just got back from Scotland and have been dreaming about hot smoked salmon. I'd love to have a recipe. The hot refers to the smoking method not the temperature of the fish and I believe that the fish is marinated before it is smoked.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
