Recipe: Quick Lemon Rice (using chicken broth and Minute Rice)

QUICK LEMON RICE

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups Minute Premium White Rice, uncooked

Bring chicken broth, water and garlic powder to boil in medium saucepan.

Stir in onions, olives, lemon juice and rice. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Fluff rice with fork.

Makes 8 servings
