FRUIT PIZZA
1 (2-layer-size) white cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Sliced strawberries, bananas, kiwi, pineapple, apple, blueberries, peaches, or grapes
Shredded coconut, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet.
Mix (cry) cake mix, egg, and butter together. Mix in flour. Spread dough thinly to cover the prepared pan.
Bake 10-14 minutes or until a light golden brown around edges. Allow to cool completely.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and whipped topping together. Spread over cookie layer.
Top with sliced and diced fruit of choice. Sprinkle shredded coconut over top if desired. Store in refrigerator.
