ISO: Hot Vegetable Mix (for canning) - Did you ever find a recipe?

Misc.
I have been looking all over for a recipe with the very same description but I can't find anything. Did you ever find a recipe? My husband loves this stuff and I would like to be able to make a large batch before we pay for the local grocery store. I would sure appreciate help.
