ISO: how to freeze stuffed peppers

i love making stuffed green bell peppers however i just use ground hamburger and white rice but i am having a baby soon and want to freeze them and i am unsure how to do this. do i cook them after i make them and then freeze or do i just make them and freeze with out cooking? and also do i need to thaw them out before cooking or just cook them frozen?please help. thank you christine
