ISO: Hungarian Beef Stew and Hungarian Beef Saut - Sunset magazine

Misc.
Hello, I'm looking for a Sunset Magazine recipe from the 1970s or early 1980s. Actually, it's two recipes.. from one chuck roast you cut apart. "Hungarian Beef Stew" and "Hungarian Beef Saute" These are both fabulous recipes, and one or both of them have leeks as an ingredient. I'd be so grateful to know what issue of Sunset they're in, or at least get the recipes! Thanks, Nancy from California
