Recipe: Jackie Olden's Northern Italian Dressing (stuffing using salami, spinach, 1980's)

1 (6 ounce) bag Mrs. Cubbison's Corn Bread Stuffing (or your favorite brand)
1/4 pound dry salami, cut into thin strips
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup margarine, melted
3/4 cup dry white wine (or water)
Combine dressing mix with salami, spinach, cheese and onion. Add margarine and wine and toss slightly. Place in greased casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes.
OR, TO COOK IN A CROCK POT:
Combine dressing as above and place in well-greased crock pot. Cover crock pot and cook on low 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Makes 6 servings
