ISO: I am looking for a recipe for Frog Eyed Salad made with Pistachio Pudding

I am looking for a recipe I found in the Pittsburgh Press a number of years ago. It is called Frog-Eyed Salad or something similar. It is made with Pistachio Pudding and Acini de Pepe. I have made it numerous times but can not find the recipe now.
