ONE-PAN CHICKEN DINNER

Noodles and frozen green beans are cooked in the same skillet with the chicken; a true meal-in-a-pan.
3 tablespoons LAND O' LAKES butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
3 pounds chicken legs
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup water
3 cups uncooked dried egg noodles
I (16-ounce) package Frozen cut green beans
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 medium red onion, cut into 8 wedges
In Dutch oven melt butter until sizzling. stir in garlic Add chicken. Cook over medium high heat. stirring occasionally, until chicken is light golden brown (10 to 15 minutes). Stir in chicken broth and water.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink (10 to 15 minutes).
Reduce heat to medium; stir in all remaining ingredients except onion. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally until chicken and noodles are fork tender (10 to 15 minutes).
Stir in onion. Cover; continue cooking until onion is tender (5 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes.
