ISO: I have the ingredients but need how to part of recipe
Misc.My mother found this great recipe in a magazine years and years ago and we made it many times for Thanksgiving but have lost the original... sister found the list of ingrediants but we are missing a few bits...
We remember the following:
The cake is made in two cake pans and makes two cakes that are not put together - the yellow cake mix is spinkled over the top of the ingrediants and not mixed in - the butter is melted and poured over the pecans, cake mix and filling...
We don't know:
If we're missing any ingrediants, mixing instructions, oven temp, etc...
1 can 29oz pumpkin
1 can 5 oz evaporated milk
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
If anyone had made this and can help it would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thank you,
Mindy
1 pkg yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 lb butter melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
