ISO: I need help with a gingerbread house.

I need some help or ideas for making a gingerbread house without baking. I'm making it at work so I can't bake anything or have anything to messy. Does anyone have ideas? Can you use a cardboard box as a base and then layer cookies on top? How should I stick stuff together? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and happy holidays.
