ISO: I need to feed 350 people

Misc.
I am in charge of getting food together for a very large marching band. We must be able to have something we can take with us to events and will be able to set up and feed on a moments notice. BBQ is fine but needless to say they are tired of it and it gives some of them an upset stomach after they perform in the heat. I am desperate for new ideas.
