ISO: I need Vegetarian Cheesesteak recipe

Okay a couple weeks ago my vegetarian friend and i made a vegetarian philly cheese steak and i remember all the ingredients but.. i forgot the measurements. now its not the vegetarian recipe using portobello mushrooms and all that. it's one that includes seitan, vegan worcestshire sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and your choice of cheese. (the recipe say provolone but i prefer extra sharp cheddar--it gives it more of a meaty zing). but if anyone knows this recipe please post it.
