EASY TO MAKE STEAMFRIED PORK CHOPS
MAIN INGREDIENTS:
4 thin cut butterfly lean pork chops
1 heat broccoli, cut into small pieces or vegetable of choice, cut into small pieces
DRY INGREDIENTS:
salt and pepper
garlic powder
ground cayenne pepper
LIQUID:
1/2 cup water
GET TURBO READY:
Place vegetables on steam rack. Trim excess fat from pork, season to taste.
START COOKING:
STEP 1: Two minutes, valve closed.
Place pork in base, put steam rack in position, cover and cook on high heat for 2 minutes, vent closed.
STEP 2: One minute, valve closed.
Remove cover, pour 1/4 cup water into base, recover and cook 1 minute.
STEP 3: One minute, valve closed.
Remove cover and steam rack, turn pork chops, add remaining water, cover and cook 1 minutes.
Note: If broccoli has not reached desired tenderness, move pork chops up to steam rack, add 1/2 cup more tater to base, replace cover and cook up to 2 minutes more.
Ready in 4 minutes, serves 4
