I tried this recipe tonight and, well, this is definitely not it. The sauce at the Cheesecake Factory is much sweeter and more savory. This sauce has the right base, I can tell, but it needs something. Salt? Cream? Parmesan? Something. The dish smells good but the flavor is quite plain, and the taste of the wine is pungent, not savory.
