ISO: Instructions to make Ribbon Fish (craft)

Misc.
I am looking for instructions to make a fish with 1/2 inch gift wrap ribbon that is woven together by folding the ribbon. It might be an oriental type of craft. I would make 8 fish from different colored ribbon and make a mobile out of them. I made them 40 years ago and do not remember how. They are so cute. Thank you in advance.
