ELBOW MACARONI SALAD A LA MUELLER
1 package Mueller's Elbow Macaroni
1 cup diced celery
1 cup shredded cabbage*
1 pimiento, chopped
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
mayonnaise
salad greens (for serving)
Cook elbow macaroni as directed, drain and chill.
Combine celery with cabbage, pimiento, green pepper and seasonings. Mix with chilled elbow macaroni and mayonnaise to moisten.
Serve on crisp lettuce and garnish with mayonnaise.
*One cup diced chicken or tuna fish may replace the cabbage.
