ISO: ISO a recipe for bigoli

Bigoli--wonderful whole-wheat large spaghetti, with a not-red sauce. We loved it when we lived in Italy, but the only websites that mention it are in Italian, which I do not speak, alas! I believe the sauce contains ground pork, maybe veal, olive oil and maybe magic seasonings. Thirty years ago, we often visited the Trattoria Lovise, near Vicenza, just for this dish. I'd welcome any help!
