I have started to get interested in making freezer jams/jelly using Certo or Sure-Jell. Does anyone have any good recipes for the holidays? Maybe something red or green and possibly using peppermint or spearmint flavoring. Something easy to make. I have a problem sometimes with them setting up also. Am I not boiling long enough or what?
