ISO: Jill/TX re: Baked Butternut Squash

Hi Jill :-) The recipe for Baked Butternut Squash which I posted was one that I found on the internet so I have not tried it. It does sound good to me too. I reread the recipe and see no reason why you couldn't make this and refrigerate it overnight before baking it. All the ingredients should refrigerate or even freeze well. If you consider freezing it, you could maybe make the entire thing as a casserole rather than actually stuffing the squash. It might make life a little easier on you since it sounds like you could use all the simplifying of your menu that is possible.
