ISO: Jubilee Jumble cookier recipe

Can anyone help me find the recipe for Jubilee Jumble cookies? They have coconut in the dough and a maple frosting on the top. These are so very good and my father's favorite from years and years ago. My 87 yr. old mother can't find her recipe.
