Recipe: BBQ Sauce Sensations (9 Variations/Stir-Ins for Bottled Barbecue Sauce)

BBQ SAUCE SENSATIONS

To spice up chicken, burgers, chops, steaks or ribs, simply add one of these flavorful stir-ins to 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce.

SOUTHERN
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

CURRY
2 teaspoons curry powder

MEXICAN
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

SWEET ONION
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon dried minced onion

SOUTHWESTERN CHILE
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained

ORANGE
2 tablespoon thawed orange juice concentrate
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

ORIENTAL
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced peeled gingerroot
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

CRANBERRY
1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries

SWEET PINEAPPLE
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
