ISO: Judy...HONEYBAKED HAM RECIPE?

We had a smoked ham and wanted to try this too but
we had questions on the process. We ended up slicing
a few slices and using the blow torch on the. How
did you do it? Did you bake the smoked ham before you did the glazing/
after the glazing or both? When did you do the spiral cutting?
