Thank you for pointing that out. I looked up the original recipe again and it uses quinoa flour along with the rice flour.

Hi Betsy - was looking at this recipe to send to my niece who uses quinoa alot, but then noticed the instructions don't mention it - doesn't quinoa have to be cooked first or does it get put in dry?
