ISO: Kaap's Bakery Cheesecake Recipe

Many years ago, there was a famous bakery/resturant/candy shop in Green Bay, WI called Kaap's. They had the most delicious light, airy cheesecake and hazel nut cake. I would love one or both of these recipies, if anyone has them.
