ISO: Kelly~WA about your Cheese Puffs...

I printed out that recipe sometime back and it says to serve hot. I have to make some type of hors d'oeuvre for a gathering, and won't have access to an oven. Have you ever made these and held them for an hour or so at room temp? Just wondering how that would work. I am having a hard time coming up with recipes that aren't right out of the oven and I also need to use recipes that don't contain any member of the onion/garlic family.
