ISO: Krazy Moose Restaurant - Moose Balls cookie/candy

Misc.
My husband traveled to Green River, Wyoming and ate at the Krazy Moose Restaurant. When the bills were deliverd to the table, he was served what was called "moose balls" He describes them as a cross between a cookie and candy and with a chocolate flavor. He was told it was a specialty of the house. Does anyone have a recipe for this treat he raves about?! Thanks
