Recipe: BBQ Skillet (using barbecue sauce)

BBQ SKILLET

Tender pork strips in a tangy BBQ sauce

1 pound boneless pork loin or chops, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons Wesson Pure Vegetable Oil
1 medium onion, cut into thin strips
2 cans (8 ounces each) Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Hunt's Barbecue Sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
hot cooked rice
egg noodles

Cook pork in large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Remove from pan; keep warm.

Heat oil in skillet for 1 minute. Add onion strips; cook 5 minutes or until soft.

Blend in tomato sauce, BBQ sauce and brown sugar. Add pork; mix well. Cover; reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove lid; cook an additional 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
