ISO: La Frontera smotherd burrito

Have moved from Utah, and absolutely loved to eat at La Frontera, for there smotherd Burritos. they are the BEST!! and we would love to make them in ohio for ourselves. if anyone knows how to make them please let me know, i would greatly appreciate it:)
