ISO: layered treat using coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and red and green food coloring

The recipe I am looking for has coconut, eagle brand milk, icing sugar and it was a layered christmas looking treat with green & red food coloring and layered in a bread pan then sliced. Looked & tasted great at Christmas. Could you help me. Thanks!
