ISO: lookin for a recipe for mooncakes I Had

Looking for a recipe for mooncakes I just had in a chinese buffet...
They were "light brown" balls filled with red bean paste and have sesame all over them. The shell is kind of chewy and very deliscious and not very sweet. I thought they were deep fried but my friend says thay are steamed.
