ISO: looking for a reciepe for peanutbutter fudge using cocoa

I am looking for a reciepe that my mom made when i was a little girl. It is peanutbutter fudge.
It uses peanutbutter, marshmallow cream, cocoa, sugar, and butter. I remember she would boil it. Then put it in a round pan to cool. Please if anyone has this let me know. When my mom passed away I was onlt 13 and never really asked for the reciepe until I was oder. Nobody in my family has this. I have done numbers of searches threw the internet and cook books. It is something that is a good childhood memory. Now I want to be able to make this and let my kids lick the pot as I did as a child.
