ISO: Looking for biscotti recipe with sponge cake base

This biscotti is made from a simple soft cake recipe which is cooked in a loaf pan, cooled, and sliced and toasted in the oven. Very simple to make with no loaves to chill and bake and slice. Found it on the internet a year ago - and LOST it. The biscotti is similar to those sold by Stella d'Oro.
