ISO: Looking for old Pampered Chef Cheese spread recipe

The receipe I am looking for is about 12 years old. I believe it has mayo, shredded cheese, and some sort of seasoning. You mix it together spread it on bread slices and broil in the oven for a few minutes. It was advertised with the bread tubes I believe.
