Recipe(tried): Tee Pee Rum Pie

Desserts - Pies and Tarts
My mom worked at the Tee Pee for 22 years and we made their rum pie at home many times. It was also my favorite.

Makes 1 pie.

Start with one graham cracker crust. Make 1 boxes of Jello Vanilla Pudding/Pie Filling, add one capful of rum extract and stir. Chill. Add shaved chocolate before serving.

Hope this brings back lots of good memories. Also make sure your extract is not an "imitation rum extract". They only used "pure" extracts. (Watkins has a very good one)
