ISO: looking for recipes with beans & new here (cooking for one)

Misc.
Hi, everyone. This is my first visit here and I've already found some really wonderful recipes that I can't wait to try!

I'm single and I live alone, which means I'm on the look out for "cooking for one" recipes. Specifically, I'm looking for any bean recipes. I've found some bean soups here, but I was wondering if anyone had any other type of foods made with beans.

Thanks!
