ISO: Looking for tried recipes for jellies, chutneys, butters, or pickles

Misc.
any jellies, chutneys, butters or pickles. My father has recently discovered canning, and would like to do more. We recently made Nikki's Blue Raspberry Jam (delicious!) and I have a great sounding recipe for apple chutney. We also have good ones for chow chow and green tomato relish. I would espicially love to have some for squash, as we have tons comming in from the garden! Thanks!!
