ISO: lunch/snack for elderly

hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me. for my coursework in school i have to make a light meal/snack for an elderly person. i am not sure yet how long i will have to make it, it could be from 35-70 mins. the problem is i am only in year nine and i am not great at this so i am looking for a simple thing, that i could understand. my mum says i could make macaroni cheese, but i'm not sure, any ideas??? any help would be appreciated. thanks luv lauren xoxo
