ISO: Luncheon Tea Ideas

I am giving my mother a luncheon tea for her 72 birthday May 9
and would like some ideas to make it extra special. I have thought
about chinese chicken salad with cookies, tea, and fresh fruit.
Does anyone have any better Ideas? (Please include recipes along
