ISO: My Great Recipes Rib and Rice Dish

Misc.
I have lost this recipe card. Have looked everywhere and even bought another box of recipes we found in an antique store to no avail. The ingredients that I remember included the ribs, browned in oil, removed then green pepper, onion and other spices including dried Italian seasoning. If anyone has this recipe and would be willing to share I would really appreciate it. It was a family favorite and sorely missed. Please Help!
