ISO: Need Manual for a Breadman Plus TR-700

I called 1-800-233-9054 and they said I needed numbers off the machine that I do not see, can someone tell me where to look for these numbers she told me they started with letters. I told her it said model TR-700 and I gave her the serial number but she said these was not what she needed and she couldn't help me. I am in need of a manual and recipe book.
