ISO: Need marinade&cookin for pork tenderloin

Misc.
We have gotten a pork tenderloin from a friend to cook for Thanksgiving. We have not had much success with our tenderloins in the past.

If you have a good marinade and cooking instructions, would you please share them with us?

We can cook this in our oven or on the grill. What's best?

Take care and God Bless,
