Recipe(tried): Boursin Pork Tenderloin

While this is not marinated, it is my absolute favorite pork tenderloin recipe:

Pork Boursin

1 pork tenderloin
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. bread crumbs
egg wash
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. grated Romano

Lightly brush the pork tenderloin w/ melted butter and dredge in flour. Thoroughly mix remaining ingredients together.

Dip the tenderloin into the egg wash and then roll in the breading mixture. Bake in a 400 oven for 5 min. per inch of thickness for med rare. Top w/ boursin cheese sauce.

Boursin Cheese Sauce

2 c. heavy cream
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp. light roux
4 oz. Boursin cheese (I like to use the flavored kind - pepper or garlic)

Bring the cream and chicken bouillon to a boil, add roux to thicken and remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Slice the tenderloin at an angle and fan on the plate, ladling on a stream of sauce.
