ISO: Need recipes using Bitter Chocolate

I need some good recipes for using bitter chocolate!!! I was at an auction yesterday for a bakery that was going out of business and bought a "bunch" of bitter chocolate (I thought he said dipping chocolate :-( ) Anyway, I need to find some good uses for this stuff (about 20 pounds or so!) It tastes NASTY!! HELP!!! (I'm not a gourmet cook, so I need fairly simple uses!)
