ISO: New York Style Cheesecake with a light yellow tint in the filling.

Misc.
Is that amber color a light yellow tint in the cheesecake.

Also do you have a recipe for chocolate icing that is not
very sweet.
Also do you have recipe for Banana Pudding that has a firm
and mousse like texture. We had a pot luck supper at church where this type of Banana Pudding was served.
It was served in a 9 x 13 inch pan. The serving spoon would stand up straight in the pan by itself and the banana
pudding also had light mousse like texture. This type of
banana pudding is the best Banana Pudding in the world.

Thanks,

Gwen
