ISO: New York Style Cheesecake with a Sour Cream Topping

Misc.
The New Yorker Delicatesian on Wiiliamson Road in
Roanoke, Va serves the best New York Style Cheesecake
with a Sour Cream Topping. It also has light yellow
tint in the filling.
This is my husbands favorite cheesecake; I would like to
be able to make this type of cheesecake for him.

If anyone has this type of cheesecake recipe; I would
appreciate it greatly if you would share you recipe.

Thanks in advance.
